Join Tatianah Thunberg, Kath Weider and Julie Kouyate for an evening of creativity, singing, movement and rest ... a vigil to honor winter solstice!

🕯️Slow down during the busy holiday season and step into sacred circle as we gather around a beautiful mandala that we will build together to honor the longest night and the return of the light.

🕯️Mandalas are temporary installments of living art crafted with items like shells, candles, flowers, and stones.  As we work together to build an intricate and beautiful design, we will  join our voices together in community singing and once complete, sing and dance around the mandala.  Our songs will reflect the theme of winter solstice, which marks a completion of our sojourn through the fall harvest season, and our turning towards the quiet winter months of introspection before spring reemerges.  To complete our vigil, we will sink into our first deep winter rest, surrendering to the gifts of stillness and silence.

🕯️Join us as we cross this threshold together! Through ritually honoring the shift into winter, we soothe our nervous systems and prepare ourselves for a deep and full communion with the season.

"The love that you search for everywhere is already present within you.  It may be evoked by any number of people and events  But finally, you must realize you are this love.  The source of all love is within you".  ~Gangaji
